Shipping policy

During summer months, we ship your goods only via Express Post to assist in maintaining the integrity of your luxe vegan candles and other products to best protect them from the heat. Seeing as though we create high quality products, we use natural and pure ingredients that subsequently have low melting points. We are not in control of the environment of your products are in once we ship the goods (handling once shipped, weather/temperature etc.); so, to ensure the best outcome for your brand new luxe vegan candles we will only ship via Express Shipping in the summer months.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS? 
We ship our orders via Australia Post Standard Post & Express Post for next day delivery to city centres, 2-4 days to regional locations. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Deliveries are often received on Saturdays, but it is dependent on Australia Post - we have no control over this. You can calculate your shipping during checkout.

GROUND SHIPPING 
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address and selection. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, shipping cutoff times (11am on business days), weather, and other unexpected conditions.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 
Express Post purchases placed by 11:00am AEST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00am AEST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
